Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: Delivery rates start at $25 for 0–5 miles. Prices increase based on mileage, extra stops, and service add-ons. For full details, see our Pricing Structure.

Q: Do you provide urgent / STAT deliveries?

A: Yes. STAT deliveries are available for an additional $25. Select this option in your quote request form or contact us directly.

Q: What if my package is heavy?

A: Packages over 26 lbs incur a surcharge.

Rates:

26–50 lbs: +$15

51–100 lbs: +$30

Over 100 lbs: custom quote required

Q: What happens if I cancel a delivery?

A: Cancellations < 1 hr notice → 50% of quoted rate (min. $25).

Cancellations ≥ 1 hr notice → no fee.

Q: What if the recipient isn’t available?

A: A reattempted delivery fee applies (50% of quoted rate, min. $10).

Q: Do you provide weekend or after-hours service?

A: Yes. Weekend deliveries are +$20. After-hours (before 7 AM or after 7 PM) are +$15.

Q: Can you provide proof of delivery?

A: Yes. Signature confirmations (+$5) and full Chain of Custody forms (+$10) are available.

Q: Do you handle medical and legal deliveries?

A: Absolutely. We specialize in secure, time-sensitive medical and legal courier services.

Q: How soon do I need to pay?

A: All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt.

1. Payment Terms: All invoices are due Net 7 (within 7 days of receipt). Late payments may incur additional fees.

2. Cancellations: Less than 1 hour’s notice = 50% of quoted delivery rate (min. $25).

3. Return Trips: If items must be returned to the pickup location, a fee equal to 75% of the quoted delivery rate will apply.

4. Reattempted Delivery: 50% of quoted rate (min. $10) if recipient unavailable.

5. Wait Time: First 10 minutes are free, then $1 per additional minute.

6. Liability: Echo Courier is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Restricted Items: No transport of unlawful or prohibited materials.
